Why start an Instagram store?
Is there really a legitimate way to make money from home?
It seems like today there are endless companies telling you they have an easy way for you to make money at home. But - there's always a catch. You have to join some kind of multi-level marketing scheme and get stuck selling products to your friends and family or you're doing mindless tasks for next to no money. But what if I could tell you that there was in fact a way to make extra cash, at home, and (perhaps this is the best part!) you'd be using your natural fashion abilities to do it??I don't want to make it sound like this is too good to be true, because we all know what they say about things that sound too good. I don't want to make it seem as though this won't take some work, but I can promise you that it will be more fun and more rewarding than a lot of options out there.
Why an Instagram Store is the answer
The idea I'm proposing to you is starting an Instagram store. If you're familiar with an Instagram store -- great! Feel free to skip to the next paragraph. If not -- let me explain. It used to be that the only way of reselling items was Craigslist or eBay. Each of those platforms have their own issues. Meeting up with a seller you meet on Craigslist can be sketchy, and selling through eBay means you pay huge fees. But then, with the spread of social media, other options started to pop up. Suddenly there were Facebook yardsale groups everywhere, and, Instagram stores started gaining popularity. The idea of an Instagram store is fairly simple: you take a picture of an item you have for sale, upload it to Instagram with the price you want, and wait for someone to comment that they'd like to buy your item. It's really, truly simple.
I work full-time, but I wanted a way to make some extra money for fun activities to do with my husband. An Instagram store has given me that.
